You can individually put together a system that corresponds to your personal requirements and financial possibilities. Regardless of whether you want to monitor and control lighting, temperature and pH value in your tank inexpensively in basic equipment, or want to automate all conceivable additional functions, the Iks Aquastar Aquarium Basic System enables you! In addition to extensive time control functions, measurement modules for pH value, redox potential, temperature, conductivity, level, i.e. level, oxygen and air pressure are available. Further modules are being planned. Up to eight of these modules can be connected to the Iks Aquastar Aquarium basic system in any combination. It is therefore possible, for example, to measure the pH value several times, for example in a calcium reactor and in the aquarium, or even to control several aquarium tanks independently of one another.

This is exactly where the intelligent menu control of the Iks Aquastar Aquarium basic system comes in. Because the Iks Aquastar Aquarium basic system recognizes which and how many components such as measuring modules, switchable sockets are connected to it and then sets up its menu. This technique is a huge step in terms of user-friendly systems. The Iks Aquastar aquarium basic system with logically structured and simple operation.

Up to four socket strips with 4 sockets each can be connected to the Iks Aquastar Aquarium basic system. That means 16 controlled sockets, which are also available dimmable for highly realistic simulations. Up to 32 timer functions, even with a weekday function, can be programmed with the Iks Aquastar Aquarium basic system. The shortest switching time is only 1 second. The iks Vario MP 045 dosing pump only delivers 0.075 ml per second in the smallest setting. The interval functions can be individually adapted to your own needs. The duration of the interval can be set separately for the active and passive phases, whereby a random variant of time can be specified for both. With the comprehensive day / night simulation, the lighting of the aquarium is optimized and made child's play. This can be used to set a wide variety of switch-on and switch-off times for the lighting. If the lighting used is dimmable, a sunrise or sunset can be simulated. It is even possible to simulate the sunrise / sunset of a certain region of the earth by entering the latitude and longitude! This function also enables the period of night-time reduction in pH value, temperature, current, etc.

The integrated moon phase simulation leaves nothing to be desired. You can choose between two variants. A practical one for the aquarist and a real simulation of the moonlight, for example coral farming, in which both the length and the intensity of the light intensity are taken into account. It is even possible to simulate the moon phase of a certain region of the earth by entering the latitude and longitude! The diverse variants of the flow simulation, such as pulsating waves or ebb and flow, are also very extensive. Regardless of how big the aquarium is or what form it is, no matter how unusual it is, you can create an optimal flow for every tank with this simulation, which has been thought through down to the last detail. You can control up to 16 pumps!

In the professional programming level, up to eight different controls can be carried out with one measuring module and one control module.
