The Tri Koi Kenko premium koi food mixture 4.5 to 5.5 mm is a very high quality koi food from Hokovit, made in Switzerland.

 

 

This premium koi feed mixture consists of the high-quality koi feed varieties Tri Koi Premium Growth, Color and Kenko Vital. With this new koi food series, the Hokovit company has packed all the ingredients into a koi food that are qualitatively feasible and suitable for optimal nutrition of high-quality koi. These types of koi food contain a large amount of micronutrients, as well as the exclusive herbal mixture from the Tri Koi Yugen. You get a top product without having to mix it yourself. The nice thing about this koi feed mix is that the Kenko Vital variety is mixed in with floating pellets. We have been advised by many customers to offer a floating premium mix, as some do not want sinking pellets. In addition, the Kenko Vital has a pellet size of 4.5 mm. Two different pellet sizes now make the koi feed mixture palatable for almost all koi pond residents.

- Mucilage: Protection of the mucous membrane in the digestive tract, binding bacteria, anti-inflammatory
- Flavonoids: antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, bile stimulant, immunostimulant

HOMEXAN STIMUL CONCENTRATE (HSC):
This unique combination of HOKOVIT from different yeast extract fractions and their mixing ratio to each other promote the growth of the flora of lactic acid and bifidobacteria desired in the digestive tract. This makes colonization of the intestine with pathogens (e.g. coli bacteria) considerably more difficult. This stabilization of the intestinal flora not only has a positive effect on koi health, but also has excellent effects on the early development of the digestive tract. At the same time, the digestive performance increases, so that more Koi food is absorbed and this is also better digested.

Another effect of HSC is that the added yeast extracts stimulate the immune system and contribute to detoxification. On the one hand, this is due to the "ion exchange effect". In the process, toxins are irreversibly bound to the surface of the yeast extracts. This relieves the liver detoxification and the body's defenses. On the other hand, these yeast extracts cause a constant irritation of the body's defense system, which recognizes supposed pathogens in it.
Special substances extracted from yeast in HSC are needed in large amounts when the body's cells divide. It is therefore obvious that optimal development and a high daily gain can be achieved if the supply of these limiting yeast extracts via HSC is decisively improved.

High performance is characterized by an increased rate of cell division. HSC contains yeast extracts to promote rapid cell division. An increased rate of cell division and faster growth favors the development of the koi and also stabilizes the digestive, organ and immune functions. At the same time, the maintenance requirement decreases because the energy required for cell division can be saved. This effect is particularly evident in the epithelial cells of the small intestine, the cells of the immune system and in the liver cells. This also leads to better efficiency and utilization of all nutrients ingested.

GII:
This development from Hokovit consists of branched-chain polypeptides, bioactive amino acids and peptides as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids. Due to the use of germinated plant seeds, GII contains a variety of branched chain polypeptides (BCP) and non-essential amino acids. These substances show a positive effect on the formation of muscle tissue. Taken together, these substances stimulate and maintain performance and metabolism, keeping the koi healthy and in good condition. The diverse combination of unsaturated fatty acids in GII has an important impact on the negative effects of stress response. GII reduces the effect of stress hormones on koi. Less stress means calmer koi with better performance.

colostrum:
Pure, dried cow colostrum of the highest quality, rich in colostrum protective substances. Koi benefit from adding colostrum to their daily diet due to the large number of natural active ingredients that also act through the intestines: immunoglobulins, blockers for harmful microorganisms, interferon, lactoferon, lactoperoxferon, oligosaccharides, polypeptides, insulin-like growth factors, nucleotides.
