Koi ponds in which the carbonates are broken down do not have a stable acid-binding capacity and this can lead to a drop in pH.

 

Important: Please check the carbonate hardness regularly with. If this is below KH 8, harden the pond water with Pond Police KH-Plus pond water care. Before you send your koi pond into hibernation, check the carbonate hardness and harden it if necessary.

 

With 330 g of Pond Police KH-Plus pond water care, increase the carbonate hardness by about 2 ° in 10,000 liters of pond water. Simply put the appropriate amount of Pond Police KH-Plus pond water care in a watering can, dissolve with pond water and then distribute evenly on the pond surface. After changing the water or after rain, you have to measure the value again and add the Pond Police KH-Plus pond water care.
