You can get the pond floor drain with cover made of ABS 110 mm for liner ponds and GRP ponds in a very heavy design. The pond floor drain with cover made of ABS 110 mm is made of ABS plastic. It consists of the drain pan, the dome cover, a spacer that regulates the distance between the cover and the base, and a sealing ring that holds the film in place. The sealing ring and base are fixed with stainless steel screws. All of this is included in the scope of delivery of an ABS floor drain. The diameter of the lid is 38 cm.

 

With the enclosed sealing ring, the pond liner is glued in absolutely securely with Inntoec® Adheseal. If you want to use GRP or liquid foil, then clean the pond floor drain beforehand, roughen it briefly and paint the GRP or liquid foil directly into the floor drain. If handled correctly, the tightness is particularly optimal. So that the pond floor drain stands on a stable surface, you should fix it with concrete or screed concrete.

Under the pond floor, the liner, GRP or concrete, we always recommend using a PVC pressure pipe 110 mm and gluing the PVC pipes with Inntoec® Adheseal glue. So you won't have any problems with leaking sleeves.
