The Japanese filter mats also called Japanese mats, used as pond filter media, have a longer service life than the usual foam mats. The structure of the original Japanese filter mat, Japan mat pond filter medium, is much coarser and it is also easier to clean. The Japanese mats are a bit more expensive to buy, but indestructible.

 

Due to the order volume, we were able to reduce the price of these original Japanese mats extremely.

 

For reasons of transport, the original Japanese mats are only available in sizes 120 cm x 100 cm x 3.5 cm to 4 cm.

 

If you cut the original Japanese mats to the size of your organic pond filter chamber, then use a small angle grinder. With it you can easily cut through the original Japanese mat. When cutting with a knife, the edges will fray.
