IKS pool pilot pool control
The poolpilot system is the complete solution for monitoring and controlling water quality and much more in private swimming pools. In this system, the experience and know-how of more than 10 years of development and production in the field of measuring, control and dosing technology of our engineers, have been incorporated. The heart of the plant is an iks aquastar. The system has been built in high volumes for 10 years and is used wherever water quality is concerned. Constant optimization of the production processes and convincing quality management ensure a high product quality. This allows us to grant our customers a five-year warranty on measuring and control electronics.
In addition to the well-known functions of pH control and automatic disinfection of swimming pool water, whether with chlorine (pool pilot Cl) or with active oxygen (pool pilot O2), you can use this system also the filters, heating and solar system (connection of a Solar sensor and another switching module required) control. You can always change the dosage of chlorine to active oxygen or vice versa. When switching from active oxygen to chlorine, all you need is a redox module.
With the 32 built-in timers you can do many more practical things such. B. lighting, pumps, etc. switch. About special time dosing you can z. B. flocculant or algae protection agent. The filter backflush function controls commercially available automatic backflush valves. So it is possible to perform an automatic flocculation and then an automatic filter backwashing.
You realize, this is really a pool control solution with which you can automate your pool almost completely in the simplest way. You can expand the system according to your wishes. You will be surprised how easy the installation and operation of this system is. Quickly you will appreciate your pool pilot and do not want to miss him anymore.
Pool control pool pilot versions
There are two different versions. The pool pilot Cl version measures and regulates the pH, redox value and temperature. The pH and chlorine control is carried out in each case by means of a metering pump. Here, chlorine serves as a disinfectant.
The version pool pilot O2 measures the pH value and the temperature. The pH is also controlled by means of a metering pump with the addition of pH-minus or pH-plus. The sterilization takes place via the dosage of active oxygen. The dosing amount is set automatically depending on the size of the pool and the temperature. In both versions, the temperature can already be measured and regulated in the basic configuration (eg instantaneous water heater or heat exchanger).
Pool Control Pool Pilot Facilities
The basic equipment of the system includes the measuring and control modules, for the water parameters important in the pool pH value, redox value (only pool pilot Cl) and temperature.With both systems, two high-quality hose metering pumps with a capacity of 1.2 l / h at max. 2 bar back pressure, integrated. The pumps are equipped with spring-loaded hose pressure rollers. With the help of this design, the hose is always pressed with uniform force against the pump housing. As a result, a long service life of the pump hose is achieved.
The housing already has a switching module with four switching outputs (230V / 5A each). Of these, the metering pumps are connected to two outputs. So you still have two outputs each with 5A (separately fused) switching current available.
The scope of supply also includes a pre-filter, a measuring chamber with an integrated flow switch and two ball valves. In the measuring chamber, up to four sensors can be introduced in a water-tight manner into a sample water circuit via a simple screw connection.
The design of the measuring chamber ensures optimal flow with a self-cleaning effect for the various electrochemical sensors. This results in even longer service life of these sensors, while at the same time requiring less maintenance.
A mounting set consisting of two ½ "seed valves, two ½" connection valves for the measuring chamber and various hoses, screws, etc. is also included. This ensures quick and easy installation.
Future-proof through update function
Since the entire system is subject to constant further development, you have the option of using a PC via the Internet to install the latest programs (functions). That means you are always up to date.
