For a healthy koi population, clean pond water is the basic requirement. With the Genesis fleece filter system, you can easily achieve the perfect pond balance between Koi and pond biology. Through the immediate, permanent removal of all solid particles in the pond water, such as fish droppings, algae, remains of koi food, leaves, or rather, all suspended matter in the pond water, we create an ideal basis for the organic level of the Genesis fleece filter system. Since only particle-free pond water can penetrate at this biological level, the performance is extremely high. The way the Genesis fleece filter EVO3 / 750 FS works is so simple that it almost sounds like a fairy tale. A pond pump conveys the pond water into the Genesis fleece filter EVO3 / 750 FS. The pond water has to pass through the paper fleece, which of course immediately holds all suspended particles.

The clean pond water now enters the fleece filter bio-stage, in which the dissolved substances such as ammonium and nitrite are broken down and from there the pond water returns to the koi pond. Over time, the filter fleece clogs more and more and the water level in the Genesis fleece filter rises. A simple overflow sets a mechanism in motion that automatically transports the filter fleece on without electricity until sufficient water flow is reached again.
