Many pool owners prefer a natural swimming experience, i.e. a swimming pond. Above all, a swimming pond offers a natural and very environmentally friendly swimming experience in which no chemicals, such as chlorine or other water care products, are used for water hygiene. In a swimming pond, natural processes based on plants and microorganisms are used to purify the water. However, a swimming pond also requires regular cleaning like conventional pools, as a so-called "bio pool" in particular produces significantly more dirt deposits that need to be removed.
