Showa are a very special type of koi. It seems unbelievable, but each specimen is virtually an individual. No two Showa are alike. Although the colouring of the Showa is made up of the same colours, namely red, white and black as the basic colour, each Showa is coloured differently. This special feature makes the Showa particularly popular and every Koi owner is always happy to add it to their pond. Its individuality makes it a refreshing splash of colour and a welcome change in the colour scheme for all koi ponds.

The Showa specimens we offer for sale are healthy and vigorous animals, all of which come from well-kept breeding stock. Although black is the basic colour of the Showa, red and white spots of colour also predominate in our range and give the fish from our stock a very individual touch.
